Physical packets MUST be dropped off in order to participate in the 1st practice. You CANNOT participate without a physical and/or the packet turned in.

*If you weren’t present at the parent meeting in the beginning of Summer then you must have a parent sign a COVID-19 waiver in order to participate as well.

Turn packets into the high school main office and let the secretary know its for SPORTS. Or hand it in to one of the Coaches.
