Summer morning workouts we will be focusing on cardio as well as strength training exercises. Items needed: running sneakers, water bottles, towel and your stick with an extra sock for possible indoor use.

If you are ASTHMATIC please make sure to use your inhaler BEFORE you arrive. This way it is in your body. Of course bring it along as well. Enough time for warm-ups, breaks and cool down.
