Ladies please remember to get to the field early enough to be ready to go right at 6:30. Remember to have all of your equipment as well as sneakers and plenty of water. You are only able to participate if all of your paperwork (physical) and concussion test has been done.

MORNING 6:30-9:30
EVENING 6:00-8:00
